Join MissionWise consultant Cindy Coney and Jeff Jessee, CEO of the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority, as they demonstrate how business planning can help grantees diversify revenue and increase financial sustainability.
Foundations will not only learn the key elements of a good business plan, but will also hear real-world examples of how Jeff’s organization formed a successful collaboration with other foundations to help reduce funder's duplication of efforts and assist nonprofits in developing business plans.
